Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer international shipping to selected countries. Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
- Asia & Australia: 10–20 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at 13smejk@seznam.cz within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
